As a teen, she was a stage performer and classical pianist, winning California State competitions, before attending CALArts and becoming a dancer and choreographer.
She is a native American English speaker and is fluent in both French and Portuguese with an accent.
A student of Anna Garduno in Los Angeles and Kelly McGee in New York, Lauri records and edits in her home studio.
She uses a Rode NT1 5th Generation Condenser Microphone in combination with a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 3rd Gen USB Audio Interface.
